When you add a new end-user into Planhat any historical emails that are associated with the end-user will NOT be synced to Planhat automatically. Planhat will only automatically sync new emails from that end-user going forwards.
How to Sync your New End-Users Historical Emails
To sync your end-users historical emails you need to go to the company profile that the end-user has been added to, click on the ellipsis icon in the top right corner and select either: "Sync Gmail Emails" or "Sync Outlook Emails" (you will only see one of these options, it depends on the email provider that you're using). The initial sync will take up to 10 minutes and then the emails will sync automatically going forward.
π©Important to note: please use the sync email function in moderation because it executes a full sync for all end-users syncing their emails on that company profile which can be a slow process π.
