If you're not using one of our integrations with Satismeter, Delighted, or Promoter you are able to import your NPS data directly into Planhat by using our NPS Excel import template. The instructions below explain how to locate the NPS import section and how to import your data. 🤓
Open the Command Box, go to the Import section and select "Nps" or in the "Data" module > "NPS" page click on the ellipsis icon in the top-right corner and select "Import NPS".
Download the import template.
Enter your NPS data into the template (do not change any of the template column names).
Bring the "Import NPS" form back up, click on "Choose a File", locate the file and select it, the import will automatically begin.
📌 Important to note: This will override any existing NPS scores and update them with the new data you've imported.
