There are two parts / use cases to Users in Planhat:
I want to manage the users of my Planhat instance (eg, invite, deactivate, set 2FA)
I want to understand how my team members perform and act in relation to portfolio (eg, average health, portfolio size)
1/ Settings > Team

This is where admins will generally manage users and where they are able to:
Using the searchable data table of users that include:
Handling system properties relating to the administration of users and custom properties.
Managing users in bulk and performing admin tasks such as activating, deactivating and inviting.
Remove users on an individual basis.
Adding new users and sorting them using filters and folders.
The Team section also include the Teams and Roles tabs where you handle access or general settings such as location on a group level.
2/ Users
Find it via Data Tab > Users
This is where teams and managers can get actionable insights in their portfolios by:
Analyzing users as an object, allowing them to use functions and formula fields to understand the health of their portfolio.
Using the searchable data table of users that include:
Handling system properties relating to the analysis of users, calculated and custom properties.
Managing users in bulk (apart from running administrative actions as they are performed in the Team section under settings).
Adding new users and sorting them using filters and folders.
Using Company filters to show Users who are Owners of Companies that match only the selected filter, read more about filters within the Users object here.
