There are times when some users would rather be notified by a desktop notification rather than by Email OR Slack so in Planhat we have developed this type of notification.
For this to happen, you will need to enable desktop notifications, in Chrome, this can be done if you enable Planhat from the site settings, which can be found on the left of the URL bar. You can see that in the screenshot below.
Find Notifications and set the value to "Allow", this will allow Planhat to Apply Notifications through Chrome to your Browser, so you can be notified anytime something that you want to know about has happened in Planhat.
