There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to save a Planned Activity:

1. Permissions: if you don't have the permission to create tasks, you won't be able to created a Planned Activity. If this is the issue, it will be quite clear because you will see an error message in the top right corner of the screen which says "Access Denied. Maybe you tried to access something you didn't have access to?"

2. No Title: if the "Add" button is greyed out, please check that you have entered a title into the field called "*Action". As soon as you enter a title, the "Add" button will turn blue which you can then click.
