The Workflows report displays information such as the status and outcomes of your Workflows across your entire portfolio. Here's a list of everything that you will find on the Workflow report:

  • Current status: all of your delayed and on-track Workflows are presented on a pie chart making it clear to see how well you're doing or if there's room for improvement ๐Ÿ˜„.

    • Coming - If the Start Date of the Workflow is in the future.

    • On-track - If the Start Date is before today but the number of Expected Days to complete has not gone by yet.

    • Delayed - If the number of Expected Days has gone by after the Start Date.

    • Archived - If the Workflow has been archived.

  • Outcomes: the outcome of all your Workflows are presented on a bar chart making it easy for you to see the volume of Workflows that went well and the volume of Workflows that were delayed.ย

  • Trends: track the amount of Workflows that are delayed compared to on track over the past 90 days. This is a quick and simple way for you to check to see if the majority of your Workflows are on track

If you haven't accessed the Workflows report yet, you can do this by going to the "Customer Intelligence" module > "System Reports" > "Workflows".

If you donโ€™t want to view all of your Workflows, there is the option to filter on a specific Workflow name, owner, outcome and much more. The search bar is quite powerful, it enables you to filter on the exact data that you want to filter on. For more information on the search bar check out this article: "Search bars and their Features" ๐Ÿ‘.
