If you have accidentally deleted a field, Workflow, License etc., don't panic! With the "Trash Bin" feature you can restore deleted items yourself with just a few clicks πŸ˜ƒ.

To access the "Trash Bin" simply hover over your avatar in the bottom left corner of Planhat and select the option "Trash Bin" from the menu.

πŸš€ Quick tip: use the "Clear Items" button in the top right corner to clear all of the items from the trash bin. Alternatively click on the trash bin symbol next to each item to remove individual items.

πŸ“Œ Important to note: most removed items are kept for 7 days. For objects with other associated relations such as companies, those related objects (eg notes, licenses) can also be recovered. There may be some exceptions though. In the case of removed companies for example, the following objects may not be restored exactly as they were:

  1. Not all user tracking activities can be restored

  2. Issue object may have had end-users removed, these end-user cannot be re-associated with the issues

  3. Issues generally can not be re-associated with the company, though it also won't have been removed completely

  4. Group structures related to the removed company would have been broken

  5. Some Conversations, especially the end-users involved may not be reverted to their exact state

  6. System metrics, calculated metrics, custom metrics and user activites metrics restoration is not supported.

In the trash bin list we will only show the primary items removed, so if a company was removed only that company will show and not all the related licenses, notes etc (even if they're also kept). Of course, if you remove a specific license for example, then that license would appear in the list.

User with the permission "Admin Access" can see all removed items (until they expire). Other users can see the items that they have removed, regardless of the model permission at the time.
