Everything you need to know about the People Report

The 'People' page is a prebuilt report that predominantly displays information about your end users activity levels across your entire portfolio πŸ‘. Here is a complete list of KPIs and metrics that you will find on this report:

  • Total Users: A count of end users across your entire portfolio.

  • Active Past 30 Days: A count of active end users over the past 30 days. It's always great to compare this to your total users so you can identify the percentage of active users across your entire portfolio.Β 

  • Touched Past 30 Days: A count of end users that you've been in contact with in the past 30 days.

  • New Users Past 30 Days: A quick way to identify how many new users are using your product over the past 30 days.

  • Top contacts by activity in the past 14 days: View your top contacts based on their activity levels over the past 14 days. You can also view their experience, their activity count, how many conversations they've had and how satisfied they are with your product (NPS). Now that you've identified your most active contacts, you can dig further and try to understand why they're so active compared to other less active contacts. We want every contact to be as active as our top 10 contacts πŸ˜„!

Another fantastic feature is the search bar at the top of the page. At first glance, the 'People' report displays figures based on your entire portfolio but you can use the search bar to specify which accounts you want to look at.
