By default, the user email daily limit via Google Suite or Outlook is set in Planhat to 200 emails/day. This covers most day-to-day scenarios where your CSMs send and reply to business emails from customers. ย 

However, when you plan to send automated email campaigns via triggers, launch NPS campaigns or send emails in bulk via the people list view it might happen that the daily limit is reached quickly.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important to note: when the limit is reached, the emails go into queue and release the next day and after until fully distributed. Your emails will never be lost.


๐Ÿ“ฃ Pro tip: We can increase this daily limit for you up to the maximum allowed by Google's and Outlook's API.
