If you're using Planhat's group structures feature then you will have the ability to view the activities, end-users and usage data from all child accounts on the parent company profile. It's quick and easy to do, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the parent company profile

  2. In the top right corner you should see a hierarchy icon. By default the setting is switched off (the icon is grey) and when you click on it, it will be activated (it turns blue). Once activated all of the child account activities will appear along with the usage data almost instantly

πŸš€ Quick tip: you can quickly identify parent accounts on the "Data" module > "Companies" page by filtering on the "Group Level" field. If the field has the value "1" then it's a parent.

If you would like to know a bit more about how group structures work then check out this article πŸ€“.

πŸ“Œ Important to note: the "Group Structures" feature is part of our Enterprise plan. If you don't have this feature enabled currently, but you're interested in using it, then please reach out to your CSM πŸ˜ƒ.
