Learn about how Planhat's Delighted integration works

Delighted is an NPS tool that you would use to survey your customers. Planhat integrates with Delighted making it easy for you to export your customer data from Planhat into Delighted so that you can send NPS surveys directly to your targeted customers 🎉.

Getting set up is quick and easy! there are detailed instructions in Planhat, if you hover over your avatar in the bottom left corner > go to "Integrations" > then click on "Delighted" you will see the instructions down the left hand side. If any of the instructions are unclear or you need assistance setting this integration up please contact your CSM or reach out to support 😄.

Filtering on End-Users in Planhat that you would like to Survey in Delighted

Once you have set up your campaign in Delighted, and you're ready to start surveying your end-users you should create an end-user filter in Planhat. If you go to the "Data" module > "End-User" tab you will see the option to create a filter in the top left corner. Create a filter and filter on the specific end-users that you would like to survey in Delighted. In the example below I am filtering on end-users that have the tag "Admin".

Then, to push these end-users into Delighted you simply select all of the end-users in the list (or just a select few if you don't want to push the entire list), then click on the ellipsis icon in the top right corner, and then select either "Export to Delighted" or "Export to Delighted and Survey".

  • Export to Delighted: this option will only send the end-users into Delighted. When the end-users get surveyed is set in Delighted.

  • Export to Delighted and Survey: the survey rate and frequency that end-users are surveyed is a setting in Delighted (survey throttle), which Planhat cannot override unless you select "Export to Delighted and Survey". In this case, Planhat will immediately survey those end-users in that filter with the associated campaign. 

How NPS Data looks in Planhat 

Planhat automatically pulls in the survey results from Delighted and displays the results in several locations in Planhat:

  1. Campaign specific NPS lives in the NPS > Campaign RESULTS section

  2. NPS Insights in the System Reports section of the Customer Intelligence module

  3. Data module > NPS tab - all of your end-users current and historical NPS scores are available here

  4. Data module > Companies tab - we display a single NPS score for each company which is calculated using the average, median or mode of the combined end-user NPS scores

  5. Data module > End-User tab - we display each end-user's individual NPS score

📌 Important to note: you will need to keep exporting your end-users from Planhat to Delighted if you want to survey them, we don't automatically sync your end-users.
