In the portfolio view (list view) Planhat tells you how many days there is left before the renewal hits. You might question, where is this data being pulled from?
There are three layers to this answer:
1. It's linked to the license end date
The renewal in x days in the portfolio view is pulled from the license end date - (minus) the notice period.
Today is the 14th of April. The license end date is April 21.
Your notice period is 1 day (meaning, the contract will be automatically renewed 1 day before the 14th of April).
The renewal in x days on the portfolio view will be 6 days.
If you prefer having the renewal is x days being at the license end date (7 days in the example above) you can set notice period to 0.
2. What if I have more than one license?
If you have several licenses, the renewal in x days will be based the next upcoming license end-date
3. Time zone aspect
Rounding and time zone aspects can in some cases, potentially, push it one day back or forth for the user.
