The Churn section of the Portfolio module in Planhat is where you can create a churn survey for your customers that may churn.
With this survey, you can start to gather some understanding and insights into why a customer has churned and start to define how you and your CS team should take action.
To create the survey, simply navigate to the Churn section of the Portfolio module and select Edit Reasons at the top...
And create some of the reasons for churn that you feel should be on your company's survey. And you can come in and change these at any time.
What is nice, is that you can export this into an excel if you would like to create reports based on this data.
How to Access the Survey Per Account
Hopefully, this will not be a button you have to press often, but if a customer does churn you will be able to update their license/subscription with you in the revenue section of their Customer 360 view.
1. go to that customer's profile
2. navigate to the Revenue tab
3. next to their subscription/license they are canceling select the menu and then Churn. The survey will pop up for you to fill out after that
