Depending on your business structure and how you've set up your account in Planhat, there could be a user with the same email that needs to be a user in multiple accounts. 

In this case, Planhat will have their activity data display on all of the accounts that user is associated with. However, if you'd like Planhat to display this user's activity and touch point data on one main account you can do so by using the 'Primary' switch. 

To set this up:

  1. go to the account you'd like that user to have as their 'primary'
  2.  go to the people tab 
  3. click on the user 
  4. on their user profile details turn the switch on that's labeled 'Primary'

Planhat will now start using this as the primary account to track their data and activity on.
