When emailing from Planhat, by default we will send emails through your standard email provided - either Gmail or 0365.
This is generally CS best practice and ensures emails remain in inboxes and retain a personal touch.
However, all email providers limit the number of emails that can be sent within a period of time and therefore, for high volume emailing using your native provider is not always the right approach.
In Planhat we offer a separate transactional email system that enables you to route emails through a different email system but make them appear to be from your standard email.
For Customer marketing, Corporate announcements or Product updates, this can be a great approach to easily communicate with many people.
