After launching new UI and workflow for our Playbooks last week, we are now aligning the NPS module with that same look and feel to ensure your time in Planhat becomes even easier to use than before.

However, we did not just make things look pretty.πŸ˜‰ We are also introducing new functionality and further customization power for your campaigns!

Here are some major highlights:

  • You can organize your campaigns in folders

  • More intuitive workflow for setting up a new campaign in a matter of minutes

  • Now your survey can be perfectly branded in every detail with our new and superior options to customize the look and feel of your campaigns

  • Your customers can attach images and files to their feedback comments inside the campaign

  • Find responses with one click as they are now listed under RESULTS tab for each campaign

  • NPS report moved to CI > System reports

  • You can still view and use results from other third party tools you might be using - they are now inside our new NPS tab inside the DATA module to display and quickly import NPS results
