We'll be using Bill's data in order to explain what each of the columns mean. Note: you may not be able to see all of the columns below as this is dependant on the modules you have access to in Planhat, i.e. you need the NPS module to see the NPS column.
Teams: This will show a list of the teams the team member is associated with (if any).
Count: Total no. of paying accounts owned by Bill. Accounts are classed as paying if they have an active recurring license with a total value greater than 0.
ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account): ARR / Count
ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue): Combined ARR for all accounts owned by Bill.
Value Share: The value of Bill's accounts as a % of your company's portfolio.
NPS: Average NPS for accounts owned by Bill.
Health: Average Health Score for accounts owned by Bill.
Active Last 30: % of accounts owned by Bill that have been active in the last 30 days.
Touched Last 30: % of accounts owned by Bill that received correspondence from Bill in the last 30 days (i.e. an email, phone call, logged meeting, Intercom chat etc).
Connected API's: For example: Gmail & Google Calendar.
Count Total: Total no. of paying and non-paying accounts owned by Bill. Accounts are classed as non-paying if they don't have an active recurring license greater than 0 in total value (i.e. prospects, churned accounts, accounts with only NRR items, etc).
Roles: Roles assigned to the team member (i.e. Admin, CSM, Developer, etc).
