If you have already synced your Gmail account with Planhat, but there seems to be an issue with getting your emails into Planhat and re-syncing, then it could be that the permissions of Gmail have changed (for example you have changed your password).
In order to re-sync your Gmail account you need to:
1) Revoke access to your Gmail Account
2) Re-allow access to Gmail (permissions will be updated through this process)
3) re-sync the folders you had previously synced with Planhat
