You can access our in-app, self-service enablement library by mousing over the chat icon on teh right hand side of your screen when in Planhat. Click the camera icon to open up the library.

In the library you will find videos, guides and tutorials each designed with a specific use case in mind.

Videos: Provide a mix of customer success best practices and tips and tricks for using Planhat. Each video is between 2 and 8 minutes long.

Guides: Designed for Planhat admins, they provide a step-by-step guide for building out a process in Planhat. These are more instructive and make specific recommendations on how things should be done to deliver a clear outcome. They are great to open in a second screen and follow on, or if you have the Scribe plug-in in your browser you can use a split screen approach.

Tutorials: Tutorials coach Planhat users how to do things, ranging from simple admin like connecting to your email, to more advanced concepts like building filters. They are interactive and playful, letting you get a feel for Planhat before taking action in your own environment!
