Customer work is often deep - you run workflows, plan activities, track licenses and renewal cycles, collaborate on projects, manage assets. All of this should be replicable on your customer platform, to ensure you have a single view of the customer.
There are three models to support the deeper ends of customer work.
Campaigns: to manage campaigns you are running inside companies, e.g., to drive adoption or to deepen stakeholder relations
Objectives: being very clear and focused on your goals with customers is critical, and now you can track objectives and the health per objective
π Pro-tip: use your average Objective health in the Health Score!
Workspaces: if you work with sub-instances at your customers, e.g., connecting with different departments or with different versions of your product (think like a Workspace in Slack), then this is the object to track that engagement!
What are some things to know?
These models work like Assets: you can have multiple Campaigns/Objectives/Workspaces per 1 company
You can create custom fields, and roll-up these values to the Company level using formula fields (e.g., "Objective Health" to use as part of company Health Score)
You can re-name these models in the frontend
You can not attach metrics to them (yet)
You can use them in integrations, e.g., to bring over data from Salesforce
Reach out to your CSM if you want to hear more about how these models can help! These models are not available by default in any plan.
