There are times that you may want to send an email but you do not want to include the email address in the main body. You may want it to be more subtle, for example: "Hi my name is Joe Smith you can contact me by using my email or contact our support".

There are two instances here where you may not use the individuals email:

In your email template you will need to highlight each word individually and add a link. The main thing you need to do here is add the text "mailto:" at the beginning of the email address.
