Most of the time an end-user is only associated with a single account in Planhat, however the same end-user can exist across multiple accounts. When this happens, you might question if the end-user will get multiple surveys and wonder which account the NPS response will get assigned to?
In Planhat there is an NPS setting called βNPS Recurring daysβ which determines how often you can send an NPS survey to an end-user. Make sure this is set correctly and according to your desired NPS cadence. This is a global setting which affects all campaigns, so if you have an end-user that exists across multiple accounts only one NPS survey will be sent and the response will be recorded for all end-users matching that email address π.
