What happens when the same end-user exists across multiple accounts when I set up my NPS campaigns?

Most of the time an end-user is only associated with a single account in Planhat, however the same end-user can exist across multiple accounts. When this happens, you might question if the end-user will get multiple surveys and wonder which account the NPS response will get assigned to?

In Planhat there is an NPS setting called β€œNPS Recurring days” which determines how often you can send an NPS survey to an end-user. Make sure this is set correctly and according to your desired NPS cadence. This is a global setting which affects all campaigns, so if you have an end-user that exists across multiple accounts only one NPS survey will be sent and the response will be recorded for all end-users matching that email address πŸ‘.
