When you want to send emails in bulk, by default no signature will be displayed. For example, if you setup to send emails from the account co-owner, the email will be sent as the account co-owner but their associated signature will not be displayed.
How to add a signature into your bulk emails
There is a solution! You can add a signature using merge tags to the email template that you are going to be using 👍.
To view your existing email templates or to create a new email template, click on your avatar profile and go to "Conversations" > "Email", and then select "Email Templates".
To just use the owner of the account's first and/or last name:
[[OWNER.FNAME]]
[[OWNER.LNAME]]
To use the default sender's signature straight from their email provider, if available:
(sender = person selected to send from in email editor):
[[SENDER.EMAIL_SIGNATURE]]
