The Portfolio page is an out of the box report that contains a range of KPIs and metrics that display key information about your entire portfolio. This is a fantastic report that will help you keep track of your entire portfolio's performance ๐Ÿ‘.ย

ย Here is a list of the KPIs and metrics that are available on the Portfolio page:

  • Average Net Promoter Score: Another really important metric in the Customer Success world, the Net Promoter Score. Planhat calculates the average Net Promoter Score across your entire portfolio making it clear for you to see how popular or unpopular your product is amongst your customers.

  • Percentage of your Portfolio that's been active over the past 30 days: We know how important it is to track usage! Displayed on a rather cool-looking dial chart you can see what percentage of your portfolio has been active over the past 30 days.ย

  • Average Health Score: We calculate the average Health Score across your entire portfolio making it easy for you to see how healthy or unhealthy your entire portfolio is.

  • Number of Paying Customers over the past year: Your total number of paying customers is visualized on a line graph making it clear to see any increase/decrease in paying customers over the past year.ย

  • Total Portfolio Value: A full portfolio valuation is always good to have, especially if you're company is rapidly growing ๐Ÿ˜„! ย

  • Top 10 Customers Based on their ARR: You can also see who your top 10 accounts are based on their annual recurring revenue, how healthy those accounts are (Health Score), if they're satisfied with the product (NPS) and how healthy your relationship is with them (CSM).

By default the 'Portfolio' report displays figures based on your entire portfolio but you can specify which accounts you want to look at by using the search bar and it's features which is located near the top of the page. For more information on the search bar, check out this article: "Search Bars and their Features".

After reading about how great the Portfolio page is I'm sure you're eager to see it for yourself! ย You can access the Portfolio page by going to the Customer Intelligence module > System Reports > Portfolio ๐Ÿ‘.
