You don't have to leave Planhat to be able to call a customer. Just click on the phone icon on the enduser profile and Planhat will open up the browser's default dialer. 

If you're using our integration with Aircall, it will open up the Aircall app automatically if you have it downloaded on your desktop. Read more about it here.
