Planhat has an integration with the NPS platform, Promoter.io. Getting set up is quick and easy, and you will find detailed instructions on how to do so within Planhat.
If you go to settings > integrations > Promoter.io and switch it on, you will see the instructions.
So in this article we are going to cover how you can use the integration once you get everything set up in Planhat.
Linking a Promoter Campaign with a Persona in Planhat
Once you have set up your campaign in Promoter, and you're ready to start surveying users you should first create a persona with the end users you would like to send into Promoter to be surveyed.
Then, to push these endusers into Promoter you simply select all of the users in the list (or just a select few if you don't want to push the entire list), then select actions in the top right corner, and then select either "Export to Promoter" or "Export to Promoter and Survey."
Selecting Export to Promoter will only send the end users into Promoter. When the users get surveyed is set in Promoter.
The survey rate is a setting in Promoter (survey throttle) which Planhat cannot override unless you select "Export...and Survey." In this case, Planhat will immediately survey the list of contacts in that persona with the associated campaign.
Linking a Different Campaigns to Different Personas
You're able to link a different campaign to each persona you have set up in Planhat.
Here is a quick article on how to do that. This is great for more targeted messaging.
How NPS Data Looks in Planhat
Planhat will automatically pull in the survey results from Promoter and display it on the end user profile (individual score), company profile (average or median of all end user profile), and in the NPS module.
If the user submits a new score, the old will be replaced.
For ways on how to use NPS throughout Planhat you can take a look at this article here.
We also have created a Beginners Guide to NPS to help you understand what the survey is, what the scores mean, and some tips for what you can do with your results.
Some thing to note
When pushing end users to Promoter from Planhat it might take some time; Promoter API brings in contacts one at a time, so it can take, 30 minutes for 200 contacts.
