The health score is an important metric and it's important that you can view and track your portfolio health scores over a period of time. In Planhat there's a couple of ways that you can view that information:

If you go to a company profile and click on the health score that's located in the top left corner, a new window will open displaying the health score for that account each week for the past 25 weeks.

If you go to the "Customer Intelligence" module and add a new page you can create a widget that displays the health score over time for your entire portfolio. You could use the following chart types to display that information e.g. Time Series (line) and Time Series (bar).

The Stacked Time Series Bar chart is also a useful tool for either replicating the health score summary from the company profile, or showing breakdowns of your portfolio by health score ranges over time, like this:
