How To Add A New Sales Stage
Click on your avatar in the bottom left-hand corner, select "Field Settings", go to the Opportunities Model, then click on "Stages".
How To Add A New Sales Opportunity
To add a new sales opportunity you need to go to the company profile page that you want to add the sales opportunity to, then click on the ellipsis icon in the top right hand corner and then select "Create Opportunity" ๐.
You should now be able to see the sales opportunity form. Populate the sales opportunity form with all of the necessary data e.g. title, sale stage, recurring/non-recurring revenue amount, contract length, etc. Then at the bottom of the form, you have the following options:
Won: marks the opportunity as "Won" and removes it from the company profile.
Lost: marks the opportunity as "Lost" and removes it from the company profile.
Save: adds the opportunity to the account.
Ellipsis > Remove: if the sale opportunity already exists, use this option to remove it.
If you "Save" the sales opportunity it will be visible in the bottom left-hand corner of the company profile page. Only active sales opportunities are visible on the company profile page so if you mark the opportunity as "Lost" or "Won" it will no longer be displayed on the company profile page. You can still access all of your sales opportunities by going to the "Data" module and then onto the "Opportunities" tab.
Accessing, Exporting, and Viewing your Sales Pipeline
Head over to the "Data" module and then click on the "Opportunities" tab which is displayed at the top of the page. You can access all of your sales opportunity data on this page and you have the option to view your data in two different ways: "Table View" and "Board View".
Table View: view your sales opportunity data in tabular format:
Board View: view your sales opportunity data by "Sales Stage":
Open sales opportunities are also displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the corresponding company profile. If you click on the sales opportunity you can: make adjustments to the data, completely remove the sales opportunity and mark the opportunity as "Lost" or "Won".
All of your sales opportunity data can be exported from the "Data" module. Click on the "Opportunities" tab, select the sales opportunities that you would like to export and then in the top right-hand corner click on the ellipsis icon and select "Export to Excel". If you're looking to extract or view a specific segment of opportunity data you can create a filter or use the search bar at the top of the page, both of these are powerful features ๐.
